The new Apple iPhone 4 is now more square, with a flat back instead of rounded. Still retains the 3.5-inch screen, but quadruples the number of pixels to 640x960, making it the highest resolution smartphone market. Apple calls this new Retina display, as it is capable of displaying 326 pixels per inch, while the human eye distinguishes around 300ppi. In addition, the screen uses IPS LCD technology, the same used by the iPad. Other features include front camera for video calls, 5 megapixel main camera with LED flash and 720p video recording, micro-SIM slot, secondary microphone for noise cancellation and other advanced features.
